Can i have the media player in Windows 10 in 8.1? The media player with the rainbow alike design. Not the Windows media player. The other in Windows 10 media player.

Speaking of...Im always getting 720p instead of 1080 or 1080 instead of 2160, using youtube, with a 4k monitor 3840x2160, and an icc rec.2020 made for wide angle. msi 3070ti gpu, plenty of hardware, 4k-8k dp cable. Is it youtube?
