From time to time, I will find that the pointer shadow has been disabled. I always enable it, and have never disabled it myself. I occasionally encountered this problem on Windows 7, but it seems to be happening a lot more often on Windows 8. Does anyone know what causes this and how I can stop it from happening? Thanks.
