Solved Can't reinstall driver

I tried Windows troubleshooer:
"There is a problem with the driver for USB-IF xHCI USB host controller. Reinstalling the driver might fix the problem".
No luck:
"Troubleshooting was unable to automatically fix the issue found."

I downloaded Intel Driver & Support Assistant, but couldn't get it work on my machine (Toshiba Satellite P855/Windows 8.1).
I also tried installing it maually from winsxs folder without success.

What are my options at this point?
