Hi,
My laptop has recently blue screened twice. I've attached the requested log files. After the first time, I ran Malwarebytes (no threats) and also sfc /scannow - had to run it several times and also dism /restorehealth, but eventually it said there were no issues. However, the second BSOD occurred after that, so it may not be related. I'm not sure if this is related either, but Windows Update will not install KB4561666 (Security Monthly Quality Rollup) due to error 80073712, which apparently means files are missing or corrupted. I've downloaded and run Windows Update Troubleshooter, which said it found and fixed several errors, but the update still will not install. I ran sfc / scannow again, too, but it still shows no issues.
Can anyone help? Please let me know if you need any additional information from me.
Thank you,
Jon
