in windows 10 forum "Change Turn off Display after Time in Windows 10"

theres the option 4 im looking for because it allows display to go dark after idle in seconds instead of minimum 1 minute in the power plan (power plan doesn't have seconds).

I tried looking for in registry or AC related but can't seem to find it, is the command the same for windows 8 as it is in 10?

I need to have display shut off within 2-3 seconds for testing some program loads during idle without user consent, please help.

edit: all figured out. searched up dim after, turn off terms bring up inside registry and what i find is changing registry actually doesnt help, either that or im mostly on wrong section (likely the restore power plan section)

the window 10 page worked.
"powercfg /SETACVALUEINDEX SCHEME_CURRENT 7516b95f-f776-4464-8c53-06167f40cc99 3c0bc021-c8a8-4e07-a973-6b14cbcb2b7e 4"

I set that in cmd prompt admin access but restart is required for windows 8/8.1 unsure for 10 (tried sign out/log out didn't help either, only restart computer). now my laptop screen turns off every 4 sec on idle rofl.
