Actually, one of my friend has the same Laptop as mine. He has replaced his screen from 1366x768 to 1920x1080p The cost was around 30-40$ Just wanted to know if I replace my screen, do I have to change or update any drivers or anything else?

I have an Acer Aspire Laptop with the maximum resolution of 1366x768. As I cannot increase the resolution from software, can I change my laptop screen and use a 1920x1080 screen? Means can I replace my screen to 1920x1080p? Will my Acer Aspire E5 575 Laptop will support the 1920x1080p screen?
