3200x1800 is 16:9. So any 16:9 resolution will work. 1920x1080 would be a great candidate.

what resolution are you running at? lowering it will help, especially since you have Intel graphics.

I prefer Metro IE because of the touch, the ease of sharing pages, and the Read mode. But sometimes you need the desktop IE because it's more compatible. But I use Firefox when I use a desktop browser because of the available plugins (though touch is terrible with FF).
